Shipping Policy

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $100 DETAILS:  As part of this special offer, shipping via Fed Ex Ground within the contiguous continental U.S. is free to one address when the products in your shopping cart total $100 or more.  Simply select the option for "Free Shipping" when checking out.  

We ship within the contiguous continental United States via Fed Ex.  Regretfully, we cannot ship to PO Boxes. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Our warehouse in Minneapolis, MN is open between 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. CST Monday through Friday. The warehouse usually processes orders on the day of receipt for orders placed during business hours.  We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible and orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been placed. Shipments returned due to an incorrect shipping address will require an additional charge for reshipment.  Please not that we use as little packaging as possible in an effort to be enviornmentally friendly.


Returns Policy

You may return most new items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.  Returns should be shipped to:  Distribution Centers Inc., c/o Jeanne Beatrice llc, 600 - 30th Ave NE, Minneapolis, MN  55418.  We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) Please contact us if that is the case (jeanne@jeannebeatrice.com).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


Taxes

We are required by law to charge 7.4% state sales tax for Minnesota customers. We do not charge tax for customers of any other states to which we ship.
