Shipping Information
Our warehouse in Minneapolis, MN is open between 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. CST Monday through Friday. The warehouse usually processes orders on the day of receipt for orders placed during business hours. Jeanne Beatrice ships via FedEx Ground to the Continental United States. We charge a flat rate of $9 for shipping per order. We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible and orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped. We use as little packaging as possible in an effort to be enviornmentally friendly.
Shipment Addresses
Regretfully, we cannot ship to international destinations or P.O. boxes. All shipments are sent via FedEx and can only be delivered to a street address within the Continental United States. Shipments returned due to an incorrect shipping address will require an additional charge for reshipment.
Returns
You may return your basket within 14 days of receipt for a refund if you are not completely happy with it. Please send an e-mail contact@jeannebeatrice.com before you ship your purchase back to us so that the warehouse will be expecting it. It is not necessary to wait to receive a reply from us before shipping the return. Taxes
We are required by law to charge 7.4% state sales tax for Minnesota customers. We do not charge tax for customers of any other states to which we ship.
